Philip Boudreaux, founding partner and President of Andrus, Boudreaux, Landry & Coussan, A Professional Law Corporation, and Complete Title of Louisiana, LLC, has been practicing real estate law for over 30 years. He has handled thousands of residential and commercial real estate closings throughout the state of Louisiana during that time.
Phil has a degree in Political Science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University Law Center.
Phil is a member of the Louisiana and Lafayette Bar Associations, the Acadiana Mortgage Lenders Association, former Vice President of the Acadiana Title Attorneys, Inc., Charter Member and former member of the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents, Louisiana Land Title Association and former federally appointed Commissioner of the Atchafalaya Basin Commission, and former City Prosecutor for the City of Franklin, LA.
Phil is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Fidelity National Title and Chicago Title Insurance Company. In 2016, Phil was presented with the Louisiana Land Title Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, which is presented to an individual who demonstrates leadership and dedication within our industry. He was also recognized by his peers as a Top Lawyer in Acadiana for 2017 in the area of Real Estate Law.
