Mitch Landry, partner in the law firm of Andrus, Boudreaux, Landry and Coussan, APLC and Complete Title of Louisiana, LLC, has managed residential and commercial real estate transactions since 1996. His practice was concentrated in the Greater New Orleans metropolitan area until 2006, at which time he came home to Acadiana. For eleven years prior to joining the firm, he was also an adjunct instructor at Tulane University, teaching Real Property Practice as a senior level undergraduate course.

Mitch is considered to be a leading authority in Louisiana Reverse Mortgage transactions, and has vast experience in handling entity formations, successions, wills and is an eClosing Platinum Provider. His diverse background includes years in the Banking industry as a Training Director, Marketing Director and Branch Manager, as well as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Originator and Mortgage Banker. Additionally, he has owned and operated several retail art galleries.

Mitch attended Louisiana State University and graduated from the University of New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law.

Mitch is proud that he guided Andrus-Boudreaux to becoming ALTA Best Practices Compliant and to receiving third-party certification of Compliance in October, 2015. Additionally, he has provided CFPB and TRID training to hundreds of Louisiana title, real estate and mortgage professionals.

Mitch is a member of the Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents, and currently serves as its president, the Louisiana Land Title Association, the Realtor Association of Acadiana, the Lafayette Bar Association and the Acadiana Mortgage Bankers Association. He has been an instructor for the Lafayette Consolidated Government’s Neighborhood Counseling Services Homebuyer’s Education Course and an instructor for the Realtor Association of Acadiana. He also currently serves as president of the Board of Directors for the national Music for Cancer Foundation.

Mitch and his wife have been married since 1985, and they are proud of their five children and their spouses: Leslie and Jeff, Kevin and Ledgue, Keith and Faith, Monique and Bryan, and Amanda and Chris; as well as their five grandchildren: Racquel, Ross, Cameron, Isabella and Sophia.
